The gala ice-hockey match of the Roscongress Cup became a sports continuation of the first day of the 5^th International Arctic Forum. Teams of the Government of St. Petersburg and of the Forum took to the ice in the Tavrichesky Garden Multifunctional Entertainment Complex (MEC).
